Dark n Stormy

It origin comes from the Caribbean where there is plenty of rum (base of this cocktail). Only three ingredients and it is a crowd favorite.

2 oz Gosling's Black Seal Rum

(Branded this cocktail)

3 oz ginger beer

1/2 oz lime juice

Add a dash of simple syrup for taste.

Start with lime juice, then add rum? Add ice then ginger beer. Fill in Collins glass.
