Everyday I will post drink recipes starting with letters in the alphabet. Today I'm going to talk about Aperol Spirtz. Its a wine based cocktail originated from Northeast Italy. Aperol mostly compared to Campari because of its bitter orange flavor but it's not as bitter and less sugar content. Its an aperitif which is usually before a meal to stimulate an appetite.

1 1/4 Aperol

2 oz Prosecco

Top with soda water (splash)

Garnish with an orange. Typically used in a wine glass.
