How to open champagne

First make sure you are not directing it at anyone. Seems cool in music videos but not real life. Have thumb on the top as well. Take top of wrapper off, make sure hand is on the cage and cork. It only takes 6 times to open the cage. Make sure its at a 45 degree angle. Holding the cork and bottle continually twist, you will feel when you cannot go further. Remember twist the base of the bottle, a lot safer and easier. Whatever you do don't let go of the cork either. Apply a little pressure to the cork when twisting and you will hear it ffsss. It should not make a loud sound. Remember practice makes perfect. I bought dozens of champagne bottles and practiced at my job till I became a pro. Good luck!
