Old Fashioned

Probably the first recorded known cocktail in history. One of the few cocktails able to maintain ita relevancy throughout time. This whiskey cocktail is not only refreshing but easy to make but these old fashioned drinkers can be very particular.

Orange slice and Sugar cube (muddled)

2-3 dashes of angostura bitters

2 oz bourbon (stirred in old fashioned glass)

Garnish with orange slice

For more flavor, put a slight flame to the orange slice before dropping it in the glass
