Prosecco vs Champagne

Champagne is a great celebratory drink. Birthdays, holidays, especially New Year's but what about Prosecco. Fun Fact: Champagne has to be from Champagne, France and Prosecco from Veneto, Italy. Also Champagne has more brioche notes and more expensive. Personally I love Prosecco and can have it on any occasion or use it to make a French 75. Don't sleep on Cava as well.
